A nebula is an interstellar cloud of dust and ionized gases (hydrogen, helium, etc.). Most nebulae are of vast size with the largest being hundreds of light years in diameter. Due to the nature of the nebulae, they make for beautiful imaging targets.
This page will provide a running library of the nebulae images I have taken. Click on the caption for the image to learn more about the target and the acquisition process.
