NGC 7000 – North American Nebula is an emission nebula within the constellation Cygnus. It is named for the rough similarity in shape to the North American Continent. The Cygnus Wall is a unique feature that separates the North American Nebula from the Pelican nebula. The dark lower right-hand corner is due to a very dense dust cloud.
